EAGLE STUDENTS
MORE. TOGETHER. EVERY DAY. FOR THE NEXT GENERATION!
EAGLE STUDENTS serves your Middle School (5th-8th) and High School (9th-12th) students, teaching and showing them how to live everyday life with Jesus!
Join us Sunday mornings at 10am in the Loft on the 3rd floor. We join the adult service for worship before returning to the Loft for a lesson and activities specifically cultivated to connect your middle school student to community and to God. After service, students meet in small groups with their grade level until 12pm. We call these groups Lifegroups and they are a great way for your student to connect with community, ask questions and build relationships.
Please email our Middle School Director, Audrey for more information.
High School Loft happens every Sunday afternoon from 4-6pm. In our gatherings, we place a high emphasis on community, worship, biblical teaching, prayer, + life-on-life dicsipleship via our LifeGroups. Whether you are curious about Jesus or looking for a Christ-centered high school youth group, we would love for you to make Eagle Students your home!
If you have questions or want more information, email Pastor Jordan.
Ignite is a week that consistently stands out as one of the most fun and impactful experiences for students going into grades 6-12. It offers an incredible opportunity for students to deepen their connection with God and grow in their faith like never before! We’re especially excited this year to host Ignite at Camp Illiana, making this experience even more special and unforgettable!
Check out our IGNITE page.
"the ones who are gathered, to be called out"
In a group the size of ours, there are varying different demographics of students present (and to be clear: I love that all these types of students are present):
There are those who are there because their friends come.
Some are there because they know that following Jesus seems like a good idea, so they come to youth group because it’ll show others that they’re a “good person”.
Some have a relationship with Jesus and consider youth group to be a good check-list item on their spirituality list.
But then there are others who are ready for more, who feel called to closely follow where the Holy Spirit is leading, to be formed more intentionally into the image of Jesus for the sake of the world around them. Not to just join another “youth group leadership team”, but to learn how to be “… crucified with Christ, and I no longer live but Christ lives in me.” (Galatians 2v20)
This group is for that student, the one who wants to grow deeper with Jesus and to take seriously the call to become less so that Christ becomes more in their lives!
