Kimberly has been the director of Eagle Preschool since the summer of 2024. She also serves as the director of Eagle Kids Children's Ministry through Eagle Church! She brings a wealth of experience as both an elementary school teacher and administrator. Her deep commitment to Christ and her love for children shine through in her role as Director of Eagle Preschool. Kimberly leads with compassion, creativity, and a strong dedication to fostering a culture of learning and growth. Sabrina, one of the administrators at Eagle Preschool, joined the team in 2025. Her warm smile and joyful, Christ-centered outlook enrich the school community, and her professionalism is evident in all she does. Drawing upon extensive experience in early childhood and special education, Sabrina quickly develops effective structures tailored to support the growth of each unique learner. Her insightful, compassionate, and caring approach ensures that every child, family, and staff member feels seen, supported, and encouraged as they flourish at Eagle Preschool.

Ali has been an invaluable part of Eagle Preschool since 2024, serving as our Administrative Assistant with exceptional dedication and skill. Her sharp attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and unique background as a NICU nurse enable her to keep our preschool running smoothly every single day. She is always more than happy to lend a helping hand to our teachers, staff, students, and parents. Ali’s commitment extends beyond her role—she and her husband have been active members of Eagle Church since 2023, and together with their two daughters, they bring warmth and community to everything they do.

Michelle has been a beloved member of Eagle Preschool since 2013, serving in the 18-month classroom where her passion for this age group truly shines. Before joining the preschool, she ran her own in-home childcare business for nine years, giving her a deep understanding of early childhood development. Michelle has an extraordinary ability to intuitively recognize what each child needs—whether it’s comfort, encouragement, or a gentle nudge toward independence. Michelle and her husband have been married for 31 years and share a love for traveling and watching movies. They have two grown children—Logan and Katie —and two beloved cats, Nora and Ruby. Michelle treasures her faith and personal relationship with the Lord, and enjoys creative hobbies like paper crafting and reading mystery and suspense novels. Her warm, steady presence and Christ-centered approach make her an invaluable part of the Eagle Preschool.

Joyce is happily married and the proud mother of three grown children and four wonderful grandchildren. After dedicating 32 years to American Airlines in customer service, she embraced retirement and started a new adventure by moving to Whitestown with her husband in 2023. That same year, Joyce joined Eagle Preschool, where her incredible passion for children shines through every day. She brings warmth, patience, and encouragement to the classroom, helping little ones reach important milestones and always leading with a caring heart. Joyce's supportive spirit and genuine love for children truly make her an invaluable part of our team! Outside of work, she delights in traveling, hiking, camping, and cherishing the great outdoors.

Sarah’s gentle demeanor and compassionate heart have made her a cherished member of the Eagle Preschool community since she joined in 2014. She finds great joy in caring for the 18-month-old children and always demonstrates compassion and kindness, ensuring that each child feels secure and at ease while in her care. Sarah’s ability to connect personally with her students ensures they feel supported and valued, fostering a nurturing atmosphere where every child can flourish. She is the proud mother of two daughters—one currently attending Purdue and one a high school senior—both of whom attended preschool in the 4’s class and loved it. Sarah earned her degree in child development and family studies from Purdue and, together with her husband and daughters, has called Zionsville home since 2008.

Cathy has been a treasured member of the Eagle Preschool team since Fall 2020. She and her husband Greg have been married for 29 years and are proud parents of three children: Lena, a Speech Therapist; David, a middle school teacher; and Stephen, who will graduate from Hope College in May 2026. With 32 years of experience in dentistry, Cathy brings a unique perspective to early childhood education, emphasizing the importance of relationships and love in all she does. Her deep faith in Christ guides her daily interactions, and she finds immense joy in teaching 2-3 year olds. Cathy’s gentle patience and peaceful spirit create a nurturing classroom where each child feels loved and valued. She delights in watching students form friendships, care for one another, and follow directions that help them learn and stay safe. Above all, Cathy lovingly shares God’s love, ensuring every child experiences the warmth, kindness, and faith that define her teaching.

Mary brings over 50 years of nursing experience to our team, offering wisdom and compassion in every interaction. Since joining Eagle Preschool in 2024, she has been a vibrant presence, actively involved in ministries at Eagle Church. Her nurturing spirit extends to her family as well—she is a proud mother of two grown children and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren.

Louise has been a dedicated teacher in the 2’s classroom at Eagle Preschool since 2012, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. Her passion for early childhood education is evident in her commitment to fostering a love of learning in our youngest students. A Zionsville native and graduate of Brebeuf and Indiana University, Louise combines her strong roots in the community with a straightforward, caring approach that helps children feel secure and supported. She treasures the opportunity to guide and nurture each child, creating a foundation for lifelong growth.

Steffanie began her journey with Eagle Preschool as a parent and later as a substitute teacher in 2017, where she discovered her passion for early childhood education. Since then, she has served as an assistant in both 2-year-old and 3-year-old classrooms, creating a warm and faith-filled environment for young learners. Steffanie has a unique gift for making Bible stories come to life, helping children connect with God’s Word in meaningful and memorable ways. Her heart for loving others well shines through in her interactions with students, families, and colleagues. Deeply committed to both her family and her work, Steffanie brings joy, care, and dedication to everything she does.

Jessica, a Zionsville resident for the past 27 years, is deeply rooted in her community and family. She and her husband, Jason, are the joyful parents of three sons: Cody, who lives locally, Carter, now a senior and pitcher at Huntington University, and Cade, a freshman pitcher at Trine University. With 14 years of experience at Eagle Preschool and a background as both a nanny and early childhood educator, Jessica is genuinely passionate about guiding young children. She excels at recognizing how each little learner thrives, making sure every child’s personality blossoms in her classroom. Her strong organization and planning skills allow her to create age-appropriate, engaging lessons, introducing children to the wonders of letters, numbers, colors, shapes, early science, and Bible stories—all with plenty of excitement and fun. Jessica’s enthusiasm is contagious, and she delights in helping each child discover their unique strengths and gifts.

Meressa joined the Eagle Preschool family in 2025 after relocating to Indiana with her husband, Greyson, and their four children. Her deep faith in God guides everything she does, and she strives to model Christ-like character and positive behavior for the children in her care. Known for her fun-loving spirit, Meressa creates joyful, engaging experiences that help children learn and grow while feeling loved and supported. Hannah joined Eagle Preschool in 2025 and quickly became a valued member of the team, bringing her expertise as a former Behavioral Therapist and her ongoing pursuit of a doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Hanover University. Her deep care for students shines through in the way she encourages and builds confidence in every child, creating an environment where they feel supported and capable. Hannah’s faith has carried her through both difficult and joy-filled seasons of life, and she strives to reflect that strength and hope in her work with children and families. Outside of the classroom, Hannah enjoys working on home projects with her husband, Riley, spending time with their two dogs and cat, and using her creativity to make beautiful things. Her combination of professional skill, heartfelt encouragement, and Christ-centered perspective makes her a treasured part of the Eagle Preschool community.

Lindsey joined Eagle Preschool in Fall 2025 and brings energy and encouragement to our classrooms. Her passion for health and fitness has allowed her to serve as our special’s teacher in the afternoons, where she leads engaging activities that help children move to music, play fun gym games, and explore hands-on STEM projects. These experiences not only promote physical development but also spark creativity and teamwork among students. Lindsey and her husband, Josh, have three daughters who graduated from the Eagle Preschool program. Outside of school, she enjoys running marathons and camping with her family.

Alicia brings a wealth of expertise to Eagle Preschool with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Since joining our team in 2024, she has demonstrated exceptional classroom management skills, creating a structured yet nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. Alicia thoughtfully designs activities that help young learners develop self-regulation skills, encouraging them to manage emotions and behaviors in positive ways. Alicia and her husband, Greg, have three children, who all attended Eagle Preschool.

Amanda and her husband, Thomas, made the decision for Amanda to care for their two daughters at home following her experience teaching middle school English. Her dual roles as parent and educator enable Amanda to apply both expertise and empathy to her teaching practice. Her passion for helping children meet their full potential shines through in her thoughtful approach, ensuring every child feels supported and encouraged to grow.

Amanda’s passion for educating students is only surpassed by her deep devotion to sharing the love of Jesus with them. She is known for designing adaptive and engaging lesson plans that make learning both meaningful and fun. Amanda is a loving mother of six, and a grandmother to seven extraordinary grandchildren. Amanda brings a lively energy to her classroom every day, and her passion and inventiveness are especially evident during holidays and themed events, where her costumes add extra excitement.

Since 2015, Melody has been providing classroom support, and fostering a warm, engaging learning environment at Eagle Preschool. Although her academic credentials are in marketing, she possesses additional experience instructing religious education classes at her church and coaching youth tennis clinics. These roles have enabled her to effectively foster students’ emotional, academic, and spiritual development through patience and constructive encouragement. She loves spending time with her family, is passionate about health and wellness, and loves all sports and nature. Melody has lived in Zionsville since 1999 with her husband Chad and two children, now 23 and 21 who both attended Eagle Preschool!

She and her husband, Richard, have two children who thrived in the Eagle Preschool program, and her dedication to fostering a Christ-centered environment makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Known for her patience and kindness, Heather creates a supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged. Married with three children and two pets, she draws on her experience as a former elementary school teacher and stay-at-home mom to make learning both meaningful and joyful. Mrs. Brace can often be heard singing silly songs in the hallways.

Libbie is a passionate preschool teacher who believes learning should feel like an adventure. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an environment where curiosity and creativity thrive. She uses imaginative approaches to make lessons engaging—whether counting with dinosaurs, singing the alphabet like robots, or pretending the floor is lava (safely) she turns everyday activities into playful learning experiences. Libbie strives to foster a classroom where children feel safe to explore, create masterpieces, express themselves, and build friendships. By combining fun with purposeful instruction, she ensures that every child feels excited, empowered, and confident in their ability to learn and grow.
