2025-26 School Year Highlights

Here's What We've Been Up To!

One of our 3-year-old classes took to the church grounds for an outdoor adventure! They used magnifying classes to take a closer look at flowers, bugs, grass, and other cool things in God's creation!

Our classes all gather for a weekly Chapel lesson with Mrs. Sovine! They sing songs, dance, and learn about that week's Bible Story! Chapel lessons reinforce the lessons that classes learn throughout the week in their classrooms! We are so thankful that we get to partner with families to teach students about Jesus!

One of our classes did a Noah's Ark- themed experiment! They used different materials to see if they could get their animals to float! We have some amazing teachers that come up with the coolest ways for kiddos to get hands-on learning experiences!

Mrs. Sovine visited our classes to teach students about apples! Students learned about the different parts of an apple, played in apple sensory bins, sorted apples by color, and more! From our youngest classes to the oldest, our teachers and staff tailor lessons and activities to meet students right where they are!

A family in our 4-year-old class raises honeybees! They graciously offered to come and do a presentation to teach students all about bees and beekeeping! Students even got to taste fresh honey straight from the honeycomb! Thank you Biehl family for sharing your hobby and knowledge with us!

We're not afraid of a little mess here at Eagle Preschool! Our 3's classes love using shaving cream to practice their handwriting!

Every year, our students get to trick-or-treat through our church staff offices! Our staff have a blast decorating their doors and dressing up for some preschool-friendly Halloween fun!

Fall Fest 2025 was a huge success! Although it was a little chilly, we enjoyed trunk-or-treat, a hayride, and some fall-themed games and activities! Fall Fest couldn't have happened without our awesome parent volunteers!

Mrs. Weinheimer's husband is a Veteran, and he came to spend some time with her class on Veteran's Day! The students talked about Veteran's they know, asked questions, and read a story about Veteran's Day! Thank you for your service Mr. Weinheimer! This class also made a special craft for the Veterans at the retirement community next door!

Our classes all had their own versions of a "Thanksgiving Feast" before our Thanksgiving Break! We are so thankful for all of these "little turkeys!" We're thankful that they'll get better at smiling at the camera too! ;)

For their "Community Spotlight," our 4 year old class got to meet Pastor Eric and hear about how he serves our community! They also talked about the Christmas Story! Thanks for spending the morning with us Pastor Eric!
