Prayer
Prayer is defined as a solemn request for help or expression of thanks addressed to God, but it's so much more than that.
Yes, God is there to listen to our requests and it's important to thank the Lord, but prayer also gives us the opportunity to hear from God. For Jesus to talk directly to us.
Prayer can also shape our lives and draw us into a deeper connection with Jesus.
To help facilitate that, we've put together resources for you to use as you pray.
Prayer Room
The Prayer Room is designed to create an environment that quiets your mind and allows space for experiencing the Lord through prayer.

- Pray the Psalms
A great way to get started praying is to pray the Psalms.
All you need to do is open one of the Psalms listed below, read a verse or two and pause. Then pray for whatever the Lord brings to mind. Allow time for quiet and then read the next section. Repeat this until you're done praying that Psalm.
Here are a few Psalms to get you started.
