How to Read the Bible

Let's be honest...the Bible isn't always the easiest thing to read. Yet we're told time and time again that reading it, meditating upon it, and storing it up in our hearts and minds is important. Well, how do we do that with an ancient text that's thousands of years old? Join us for this six week course where we will discuss that very thing! The word of God is living and active, and has so much to show us about who the Lord is, his character, and his redemptive plan for human history. We'll talk about testaments, genres, audience, authors - everything that makes up Scripture as we know it - so that we can ask and answer the most important questions: Why does this matter? Why do other people need to know?
