At Eagle Church, the Core Elements of Spiritual Formation: Personal Assessment Tool is an attempt to assist in examining our lives under the spotlight of what God has revealed as “core” elements for spiritual formation. The word “core” is important as we are not attempting to communicate an exhaustive list of what is involved in seeing a person grow in full devotion to Jesus. However, we do believe that maturity in these 30 areas is key to spiritual growth, regardless of age or background.
It is also hoped that this tool would be re-taken periodically to provide feedback for progress made and the probable shifting of focus required by changing seasons of life and personal growth.
It is our prayer that this tool, in the hands of the Spirit, would yield transformation into Christlikenes.
