I’m from Wabash County, IN where I grew up working on our family farm operation, playing sports and being able to drive faster than you can on Boone County, IN roads. Married Melissa Dawn Cole on February 16, 1991 who is from Versailles in southeast Indiana.

Lead Pastor of Eagle Church, which Melissa and I helped Jesus start in 1992. Making sure everyone has the opportunity to fulfill the calling of Christ on their life.

Bachelor of Science from Taylor University (Upland, IN) in Christian Ed. and Systems Analysis (1983)
Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary (Nyack, NY) emphasis in evangelism and contemporary thought (1986).
Doctorate of Ministry studies at Fuller Seminary (Pasadena, CA) … Church Renewal (1989) … never completed the D.Min degree though because we started Eagle Church!

The kingdom of God and helping people discover intimacy with Christ. I have also been known to yell at the TV during important NFL and NCAA ball games.

Seated on the Mount of Beattitudes overlooking the Sea of Galilee in Israel. Whether from the cliffs of Santorini, Greece, or from my bedroom balcony deck … I’m awed by God’s display of artistic sunsets.
