Global Missions

God has a “world-sized” role for every Christian in His global purpose. Whether people go to distant countries or stay at home is a secondary issue. The primary issue is what most people are hungry to discover: vision to live a life of purpose. Discovering that vision makes this course valuable, and perhaps crucial, for any Christian.

Eagle is an active partner with Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) mission fields through prayer, encouragement of missionaries, financial support, sending new career mission workers, short-term mission teams, and raising up believers with a growing heart for world evangelism. In particular we are building key partnerships with the Alliance fields of Spain, Bosnia/Herzegovina and El Salvador.
Currently Eagle’s global missions efforts are funded by a combination of monies from the general fund budget and designated gifts from members of the congregation. If you’d like more information about how to get involved, contact Eric Simpson.

Petula Myers was sent out from Eagle in 2003 as our first full-time vocational missionary.  She serves with the C&MA in Sarajevo, Bosnia. If you would like to receive her prayer letters and learn more about the ministry taking place in Bosnia, contact Petula  (myersatthebalkansdotorg)  .

Short-term missions trips are taken in partnership with these ministries:
